Choice Benefits is committed to upholding the principles of Treating Customers Fairly at all times. However, in the event that you believe you have not been treated in accordance with these principles, we encourage you to notify us directly of any concern and/or complaint you may have about the Product or the service provided to you by sending communication to the Compliance Officer of Choice Benefits at: Compliance.

If you want to compliment us for the good service, send your compliments as well!


BUT in the event of a complaint: should it not be resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate it to either the FAIS Ombudsman or the Long-term Insurance Ombudsman, whose details are set out below. Note that you must be able to show that you have already attempted to resolve the matter with Choice Benefits first and the Insurer second.
